Class Benefits

Grab your friends and join your favorite class. We offer intense classes like Zumba and Bootcamp. We also offer more traditional cardio and ballroom dancing classes. If you want a class on a certain day or time feel free to let us know. Classes are offered weekly.

Join a community of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Silver classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic and flexibility training with plenty of friendly fun.

Total Body Fitness (TBF) is a 60-minute group exercise class that combines strength training with cardiovascular exercise, using body-weight resistance and free weights to increase strength and endurance. Supervised by physical therapy professionals, TBF is designed for adults of all fitness levels.
